PHONE LINE OUTAGE

There is a phone line outage in Carter County causing Riverways Manor to not have phone access.  We are in communication with the local Emergency Management Team and the phone providers in our area are working around the clock to get service back to our area.  In the meantime we have a phone provided by the Emergency Management Team and in the event of an emergency regarding your loved one we will be reaching out to you from that number.  If you have an emergency today you can call the facility Administrator Angela Long at 573-996-8808.  Once this issue is resolved, we will post an update letting everyone know our phone lines are operation again and the emergency numbers will be discontinued at that time.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
